The Story:
Meet Erin and Steve, they've been married 13 years and have been trying to have a child for the last 10 years. Through their heartbreaking struggle with infertility they kept faith and stayed strong, hoping someday their dream of having a child would become a reality. I've felt so honored to be a part of this journey shooting their maternity and newborn sessions. I'm thrilled to be able to welcome Erin into the mommy club. Erin had a nest theme for her baby shower, she's been preparing her nest for quite some time, so we carried that theme through to our session in little ways such as the rebar nest basket we used and the antique egg basket. The cocoon pictured is by click knits.
