The Story:
As many on-location photographers can attest to, clients don't always want to schedule their sessions at the "perfect light" of day. Often, clients have asked me to schedule around their other daily activities, which can lead to a sense of frustration for me -- because I know how lovely light will enhance their photographs. I knew that pictures can be better than words, so I scheduled this session with the lovely Lauren to use as an example for others. Lauren has never modeled before, but she was a complete natural.
Location : Derby, Kansas
Time of day : started 1.5 hrs before sunset & shot till sunset
Gear : 5D Mark II with 50 mm 1.4 lens
